Winter can be a nightmare to stray cats and dogs who have to live outside amid the freezing weather. This poor dog used to be abandoned on the street, standing alone under the snow. His body was nearly frozen, but he couldn’t find any shelter to escape the cold weather. Luckily, he was found by a couple who later became his rescuers.

That couple was Dessy and Stoyan, who have rescued many stray cats and dogs in Bulgaria. Stoyan was going to the nearest groceries when he saw a dog covered in snow and limping on the street. Immediately, Stoyan came back home to bring a blanket and call Dessy to help him rescue the poor dog.

When they returned to the street, the dog was very weak and freezing. Because he walked limply, Stoyan and Dessy thought that he got some injuries on his legs. The furry friend was wrapped in a blanket and then taken to home. At the house, even though it was warmer indoor, the dog was still freezing. Dessy needed to warm him up using a hairdryer and a space heater. It took a while for his temperature to go up. (đừng lặp tên riêng quá nhiều)

After that, Dessy gave him some solid food because she thought it would help stimulate his immune system. But the dog refused. He was confused whether she would harm him. Dessy tried a second time with some sausage. Because of his hunger, the little friend ate the meal and really enjoyed it. He soon realized that the couple meant no harm to him.

It was unknown who had abandoned that angel, but that was such inhuman behavior. Looking at the dog’s eyes, Dessy could feel the hope and his desire to have a loving family. The couple intended to take him to the vet for a health checkup. But it was late at night, so they waited until the next morning. Eventually, the dog could be in safe and good care. That night, he took a deep rest while Dessy stayed by his side.
