The railway is not a safe place for stray animals, but they are often attracted to there. You might easily catch sight of a dog searching for food along railroads. Therefore, Northeast Animal Rescue usually patrols along these areas to protect homeless animals from dangers. One day, they rescued a small puppy who was finding food near a railway.

That was the poor little Tansy puppy who just cared about foraging without knowing the frequent passing locomotives nearby. After spotting Tansy, the rescuers tried to approach her. But her first reaction was to run away. Trying a second time, the rescue team slowly moved towards the poor little puppy and gave her some food. With some hesitation, Tansy finally received it. By the way she ate, the rescuers thought that the little girl hadn’t had any food for days.

When Tansy felt more relaxed, Will (one of the rescuers) hold her in his hand. The little puppy showed instinctual resistance but quickly calmed down. In Will’s arms, she felt the warmth and safety. Will gently fondle her to reassure her that he just wanted to help her. After that, Tansy was taken to a loving foster home.

The sweet creature was fed with decent food and fresh water so she could fill her empty stomach. Tansy was a little timid, but thanks to the love and care of Will, she turned into an adorable girl. They became best friends of each other, enjoying playful days in the field and having sunbaths. Little Tansy is still looking for a forever home who loves and takes good care of her.
