Airis was found on a roadside in such a severe condition. Her body was covered with injuries and her leg was broken. The poor little dog cried in pain and hopelessness, waiting for someone to save her. She was ignored amid the indifference and carelessness of passersby. Luckily, a kind woman who was driving through the poor dog stopped her car and rescued her.

Airis was immediately taken to the vet to receive medical care. On the way to the clinic, the woman gave her some water, hoping that it would help the little soul feel better. Being cared for, the puppy felt warm and safe. On reaching the vet, Airis was moved to the emergency room because of her anemia. The puppy was too small to suffer from constant convulsions and so much pain caused by her disease. The vet gave her a blood transfusion before taking X-ray and Ultrasound exams throughout her body. Based on the results, they concluded Airis had a brain hematoma that deteriorated her visions. She needed intensive treatment to heal up.

On day 3, the poor little puppy received another ultrasound as her liver had some issues.  Airis was sick and emaciated. The rescuer was concerned about her condition; she hoped that the little soul could get over all of her diseases. It was important to know that love and care were the best treatment, so the woman would never leave Airis to fight alone for her own survival.

On the same day, the doctors performed two-hour surgery for Airis to aspirate her brain hematoma and operate the fractured leg. After the surgery, Airis was still weak, but her condition got great improvements after several days. The health indicator was stabilized, showing a significant step in Airis’s journey to fight against diseases. Five days later, she had the stitches removed. The woman came for a visit on that day, bringing along some tonics and good food to congratulate the little girl on the victory she had made.

Shortly after, angel Airis was able to stand up and move. The little puppy couldn’t feel more happier that she finally could play, run and live peacefully like other dogs. After a month of staying at the vet, she was strong enough to be discharged. Airis was such a brave girl who impressed us with her strong will and positive energy. Her friends loved her so much, and they didn’t want to say goodbye to the lovely angel.
