Bessie’s one of the precious souls who lives like a song of gratitude, to the air, the earth; to her animal friends, to us, and to you. This beautiful angel used to suffer from severe wounds after a car accident. She was found hiding under the drain by Animal Ald Unlimted, India. They helped her and brought a better life to the girl.

When the rescuers spotted her, Bessie was scared and hurt. She cried out from the injuries on the back and front legs. The team was so careful to load her into their car and take the poor girl to their hospital. Even though she was rigid in pain, the intelligent girl wagged her tail, expressing her happiness and gratitude to be rescued.

The physical examination showed that her hind leg fractured and partially degloved. Meanwhile, the front leg sliced deeply at the top. The unfortunate soul received pain medicine before having her wound flushed and bandaged. The doctors splinted her broken leg so it would heal up quickly. The next day, Bessie went on surgery to close one of the wounds. Waking up from the operation, she felt like she was ready for recovery. The girl enjoyed her meals and good rest.

After a week, the medical team could see great improvements in Bessie’s condition. She had positive energy, a good mood. The smart girl seemed to understand everything the vet did to help her. She fully recovered after a month of hospitalization. The sweetheart is now a happy girl. Love sometimes can be the best medicine for a patient. And Bessie’s amazing transformation was mainly thanks to human love.
